1. Agreement to these terms

By using AIEMPIRE.CA ("AI Empire", "we", "us"), creating an account or using any blueprint, quiz, tool list, guide or event listing, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Educational purpose only

AI Empire provides educational material, templates and tools about AI, side hustles and digital businesses. Nothing on the site is financial, legal, tax or professional advice.

We do not guarantee any income, earnings or business results. Examples and case studies are illustrations only. Your results depend on your own effort, skills, market, budget and decisions.

3. Free access

All blueprints, tools lists, guides and dashboard features are free for every signed-in user. We may add, change or remove content and features at any time.

4. Your account

You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your login details secure. You're responsible for all activity on your account.

You must be old enough to form a binding agreement where you live. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

5. Your content

You own the projects, notes and other content you create in your dashboard. You give us permission to store and display it to you so the service works.

You are responsible for anything you create, publish or sell using ideas, prompts or tools found on AI Empire, including making sure it follows applicable laws and platform rules.

6. AI-generated content

Prompts and AI tools can produce inaccurate, biased or copyrighted output. Always review, fact-check and edit AI-generated content before you use or sell it.

7. Third-party tools, links and affiliates

We link to third-party tools, courses and events such as Higgsfield, HighLevel and partner challenges. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

Some links are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We label these relationships on the pages where they appear.

8. Community conduct

Be respectful. Spam, harassment, hateful content, scams, misleading income claims and illegal activity are not allowed and may be removed without notice.

9. Intellectual property

The AI Empire name, crown logo, site design, blueprints and written content belong to AI Empire. You may use blueprints and prompts for your own projects, but you may not copy, resell or republish our content as your own.

10. Merchandise

The swag store is currently a preview. Product images and prices are shown for information only and no orders are taken until checkout is available.

11. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, AI Empire is not liable for any lost profits, lost data or indirect damages arising from your use of the site or any third-party service.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the updated version will be posted on this page. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated Terms.
